Every tonne and every deviation, explained from pit to mill feed.
TrackMax™ is a continuous, auditable ledger for open-pit ore flow. It turns the fleet, contractor and survey data your mine already has into one reconciled mass balance snapshot, so month-end stops being a spreadsheet exercise and every number has a reason on record.
Primary crusher Balance · Month
| In ← ROM pad | 186.5 kt |
| In ← Pit A direct | 58.2 kt |
| Out → Fine ore | 243.0 kt |
| Survey calibration | −1.7 kt |
Runs on your existing fleet data
No new hardware
Audit-ready by design
Grade is measured at the pit. Then it goes dark.
A mine knows the grade and royalty zone of material the moment it leaves the pit. After it lands on a stockpile or passes through a crusher, most fleet management systems never record its properties again, even though the data to keep tracking it already exists.
A month-end close that eats the week
The end of month process is a multi-day spreadsheet exercise that ties up geology and technical services staff.
Numbers nobody can trace
Blended grades and untracked flows leave figures that cannot be traced back to the records behind them. Variances get argued, not explained, and royalty attribution and audits become harder to defend.
Material the fleet system never sees
Contractor-run fleets, refeed conveyors, buffer piles and free-dumped stockpiles can move tens of thousands of tonnes a month outside truck tracking. Manual bucket counts and paper shift reports fill the gap.
One continuous ledger for the whole ore-flow network
TrackMax keeps a live balance for every pit, stockpile, crusher and mill feed point, built from the data sources your site already produces.
Data you already have
GPS truck and loader telemetry
Bucket and load-cell counts
Drone and laser surveys
Grade and royalty zones
Kept and flagged as such
The TrackMax™ ledger
Grade, royalty zone and any other attribute your site tracks travel with the material as it moves and blends.
Native detail. Each source is kept at its own level of detail, never smoothed into a single average.
Unknowns made explicit. Material without a known value is tracked and flagged, not diluted or dropped.
Time-true records. Late or corrected data slots into the period it belongs to, and the model updates.
Survey calibration. When a survey measures a node, the model reconciles to it and keeps a running history of the gap.
What teams get
Click any node or flow, then drill to the movements, surveys and corrections behind it.
Crusher feed, pit output, stockpile flows and inventory by shift, day or month.
Configurable flow and inventory reports for any period, in one click.
Ingest
Fleet GPS, contractor, survey and manual data flows in and is validated automatically on arrival.
Track
Material is followed node by node, carrying grade, royalty, and geomet properties through every move and blend.
Reconcile
Surveys calibrate the model as a structured step, and discrepancies are raised the moment they appear.
Report and trace
Any window is a live, reproducible query. Every figure drills down to the individual load.
From one number to the explanation behind it, in one click
Three working views give geology, operations and finance the same reconciled picture of the mine.
Material Flows Inspector
Select any pit, stockpile, crusher or flow to see its state, balance, trend and zone composition, then drill to the individual movements, surveys and corrections behind it.
Flow Monitor
Headline tiles and tables for crusher feed, pit output, stockpile flows and inventory over any shift, day or month, shared by operations, geology and finance.
Report export
Configurable flow and inventory reports over any period in one click, so royalty, NI 43-101, JORC and audit questions are answered from the system, not a rebuilt spreadsheet.
No period lock
Any report for any time period is a live query, reproducible exactly as it looked on the day it was run.
Nothing silently dropped
Unmapped, unattributed or missing-grade material is tracked and flagged, never blended into an average it would distort.
Validated on arrival
Incoming data is checked automatically and discrepancies are raised when they appear, not discovered at month-end.
Guided workflows
New team members can ingest data, resolve flagged records and apply survey calibrations without years of site tribal knowledge.
Built to explain, not just report it
Most sites reconcile with spreadsheets and month-end reports. TrackMax™ replaces that with a system of record that shows where every tonne went and why.
Works with what you have
No tags, no new sensors and no planning-suite migration. TrackMax balances the fleet management, contractor and survey data your site already produces.
Explains, not just reports
Knowing the month missed by a few percent is not enough. TrackMax shows which stockpile, which rehandle, which survey and why, one click from the number.
Audit-ready by design
Every movement, correction and data-quality flag is on the record, giving finance and Competent Persons the evidence that regulators and auditors now expect.
Monthly reconciliation cut from five days to one
Time spent reconciling each month
What changed at the site
0.00% variance against the client's own royalty workbook across the site's primary royalty zones.
~270,000 oz of contained gold reconciled across six reporting groups in one monthly cycle.
Faster issue resolution. Misclassified crusher destinations and missing grades are surfaced and corrected in the model.
Results from one site after go-live. Outcomes depend on site data and configuration.
One reconciled truth for geology, finance and operations
Each team gets what it needs from the same ledger, without waiting for a manual month-end close.
Chief and senior mine geologists
“Month-end falls out of daily tracking.”
A continuously reconciled ledger of every node, with every figure traceable to the exact records behind it.
Finance, royalty and corporate reporting
“Every number has a reason on record.”
Defensible, reproducible grade and royalty-zone figures for financial and regulatory reporting.
Mine and plant management
“See the balance every shift, not every month.”
Visibility into material movement fleet-tracking systems cannot see, including contractor flows and crusher throughput.
Is TrackMax™ right for your operation?
TrackMax delivers the most where ore takes a complicated route to the mill.
Open-pit mining, or open pit plus underground feeding a surface stockpile network
A fleet management system with cycle data retained
Multiple stockpiles, rehandles, blending or several pits feeding one crusher
Not required, more value to be gainedPublic reporting or royalties, such as NI 43-101, JORC or S-K 1300, or a royalty or stream on production
TrackMax reconciles the ore-flow network from the pit to mill feed.
The ledger the rest of the suite builds on
TrackMax joins the MineMax suite. A reconciled ore flow becomes a trusted input for stockpile, feed and mill decisions.

Questions technical teams ask first
Have a question about your site's data? Our mining team is happy to look at a sample export with you.
We already run a reconciliation tool. Does TrackMax replace it?
It does not have to. TrackMax can run alongside an existing tool as the layer that explains each variance, down to the stockpile, rehandle or survey behind it.
Does it need new sensors, tags or hardware?
No. TrackMax works from data the mine already produces: fleet management cycles, contractor and shift reports, surveys, geological models and royalty workbooks.
What if our fleet data isn't perfectly clean?
TrackMax validates data on arrival and flags gaps explicitly rather than hiding them. Where fleet data needs work, we scope a data-readiness step before reconciliation starts.
Will the numbers stand up to an audit or technical report?
Every movement, correction and data-quality flag is recorded, and any past report can be reproduced exactly as it was run. That gives royalty, NI 43-101 and JORC reviews a traceable evidence trail.
Where does TrackMax coverage stop?
TrackMax covers the ore-flow network from the pit to mill feed: pits, stockpiles, crushers, buffers and mill intake points.
Bring us the variance you couldn't explain last month
Every reconciliation team has one. In a short call, we'll walk through how TrackMax™ would trace it back to the records behind it, using your site's own setup.
One pit network, two month-ends reconciled and a written variance report, before any site-wide commitment.
